Notes 1st April 2009 Previous minutes - Minutes of meeting of 18th February 2009 taken as circulated and read were approved. Business Arising from previous minutes:- 1. Newsletter - is ready for printing. 2. Media Centre - Bernard has had the media centre on display at Warragul Show, Baw Baw Shire Service Centre and Westpack Bank. 3. History Heritage Tour with Keith Cook -no further indication of a time suitable to Keith. 4. Engineers Report on Crossover Bridge - Geoff Anderson has been appointed and has been in consultation with Heritage Victoria. Treasurer's Report - Bernard. Invoice sent to Heritage Victoria for $6,700 for walking track and $9,750 (75% of grant) for the Bridge Inspection Report. Correspondence- nil General Business 1. David advised that Gippsland 4 Four Wheel Drive Club have indicated a willingness to assist with work on the Walking Track and possibly other projects. Next Meeting - 10th June 2009. Meeting closed at 8.00 pm. |
